Early Intervention Services (EIS) Program
The EIS Program connects people living with HIV/AIDS to medical care. HIV/AIDS is a disease process that is as unique as the persons living with it. It can be challenging, complicated, and restrictive for the patient. If you or a family member is living with HIV or AIDS, we can work together to find the tools and resources to assist you with your day-to-day living as well as provide up-to-date medical treatment and education. In working with community groups and individuals, we focus on complete health: physical, emotional, social, financial, and legal.
We receive funding to help those who do not have health insurance, have insufficient insurance, or limited financial resources. We also provide counseling, case management, and patient education. We can connect you to services such as dental, nutrition, and mental health. We can help with referrals to medication assistance programs, food programs, support groups, and much more. The EIS Program also provides rapid HIV testing and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) navigation services.
